Our Process: 

  1. Confidential Consultation – for your convenience, we start with a one-on-one virtual or telephone meeting. This is perhaps the most important meeting you will have with your employment lawyer, as it sets the stage for the important next steps. We will review important documents such as your employment contract, pertinent emails, and the unique facts of your employment. 
  2. Strategy – After we have a solid understanding of the facts of your case, we then devise a legal strategy-with your input- which is the most appropriate and cost-effective for your situation. 
  3. We go to work for you – we develop a well-researched and supported legal argument tailored to your case, which we use to either negotiate your desired outcome or to start the formal court process against your former employer.  
  4. Closure – we do our best to ensure your matter is resolved as efficiently as possible, so that you can have much-needed closure and move on with your career.
